I thought really before I start posting about what's going on in my life I should probably do a post that helps anyone who decides to read my blog know a little bit more about me, so i've decided to do a list of things that interest me. Everything from music and clothes to photography and much more. So enjoy!...

Music

My favourite band of all time have to be the Little Comets. I've known about them for about a year and a half now, possibly even longer and I absoloutley love their sound. I've seen them three times this year (January, May and October) and I've sworn that their bass player Matt Hall will be my future husband! ;}

I'm seeing them again in April and can't wait!

Other bands that I like include The Vaccines, Noah and the Whale, The Arctic Monkeys, The Wombats, Queen and The beatles B I G S L E E P, Howler and Frankie and the Heartstrings and many many more. I also love Darwin Deez and Florence Welch and David Bowie is my god!

I saw The Vaccines live on November 17th and I'm going to see Noah and the Whale in the new year!

Clothes

I love vintage clothes. My favourite place to go shopping is the Northern Quarter of my home town Manchester. The Northern Quarter is the alternative part of the city and is where you'll find all your indie kids, rockers, moshers and basically anyone who is different.The Northern quarter is the home of Afflecks Palace "an emporium of eclectiscism, a totem of indie commerce in Manchesters Northern Quarter and above all else a fantastic place to shop for anything from top hats to tattoos"

It's an amazing place to shop and has everything from little clothes boutiques for new and up and coming alternative designers to tattoo and piercing shops, a three minute thearter, record shops, poster shops, a hairdressers and even a retro sweet stall, and that's not even half of what's there

At the moment i'm in love with grandad jumpers, I've wanted on for a while now so when they all suddenly came into fashion I didn't know wether this was a good thing or a bad thing. It was good as it meant it was easier to find one that I liked, but bad as it meant everyone would look the same as me. However I found many shops in the Northern Quarter that do one off's so all is good!

Photography

I love photography, I find that I can't walk down the street without thinking, "wow that's a photo moment" at random things. On of my favourite things to photograph is autumn. I feel it's the most perfect time of year, the transistion from summer to autumn is beautiful as is the shedding of the leaves for winter. Some of pictures include:

Friends

Finally i'm going to end on friends as I don't want this post to go on forever. My friends are extremely important to me and I couldn't have gotten through half the things I have without them. I know that a cliché thing to say but it's true.

My best friend is Rachel and we seriously believe we were separated at birth (even though there's eight months between us!) We get on so well and I've never had and don't thing I ever will have an argument with her.
